My Role
As a UX UI Designer, I focused on turning business processes run smoothly on the internet. I spend a lot of time understanding workflows and converting them into user-friendly designs. This helps me structure workflows in a way that makes the business easier to understand.
Challenge
Understanding the business strategy was a significant challenge for me, as it involved catering to all types of consumers while incorporating multiple selling methods with different currency. After extensive discussions and applying empathy to both consumer groups, I successfully overcame this challenge.
Process

Research I conducted stakeholder's interviews and analyze target audience to understand pain points and user needs.

Information Architecture: Based on the findings, I structured the product's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.

Wireframing & Prototyping: By communicating with project managers and developers, I ensure our business objectives align with preferences in dashboard aesthetics, and subsequently transition from low to high-fidelity design.

Development: During the whole wireframing & prototyping, developers were brainstorming together with me because of their database structures. So we were working the whole time together to accomplish the user's needs.

Style Guide
Simple User Interface Designs
I've developed sleek and effective UI designs to the best of my ability. Given that this isn't merely a retail jewelry establishment but also a wholesale one, there's a significant amount of data flowing in and out, making the shop system rather complex. Hence, my selection of a straightforward color palette and uncluttered user interfaces.
Results
The designed web app features a clean, clutter-free interface, ensuring seamless navigation and quick access to essential features.
Both stakeholders and admins can efficiently find and manage their needs within minutes, enhancing productivity and user experience.
Main Process Screens
In this instance, I've displayed just 4 operational screens: data display for categories, data creation, data modification, and data viewing. The majority of categories use these operations, and for this dashboard design, over 80 screens were crafted to accommodate all categories.
What I learned
By constructing this, I gained an understanding of the significance of user flow and journey mapping. Every data table in the dashboard interlinks with the others. Thus, from the ground up, I need to render user flow diagrams with greater precision and more and more interviews & testing with stakeholder.
